After the over indulgence of the festive season, it is time to get back on track and let 2010 become a new start.

Dont make any silly resolutions such as
'to go to the gym 7 times a week'
'to stop eating all of the foods i love, ie chocolate, crisps, anything with calories in it.'
'to loose 5 stone in a month'

Set your self a realistic goal, that is achievable and maintainable.
Think about it...

well i defo wont give up the foods i love then i do beleive a gym membership may be a good start lol x
