This Week I'm thinking about...

I have gone from teaching one triple whammy of classes a week for ages now which I can just about make it through, a Sunday morning Spin, Body Pump and Body Combat combo. Recently I made the decision to take two days off a week so have squished some of my other classes into a smaller time frame and am now teaching a triple whammy three times a week so it is now more important that ever for me to fuel my workouts effectively to ensure that I can make it through the gruelling 3 hour sessions and still be able to perform and talk in them! The inflammation of a bursa. I have been finding kneeling painful on my right knee and have just found out that I have bursitis, otherwise known as HOUSEMAIDS KNEE (hahahaha) most likely caused by my constant need to do plyometric training. All this means for me is to back of the plyo for 1 or two weeks. Change in routine is good though right!


This is an amazeballs training and nutrition plan, I'm eating 4/5 times a day have bags on energy and guess what...I've dropped 4.2% body fat and 5kgs in a week!!!!
